Hah hah hah...we had great fun on YM....audibles were thrown here and there...until Gr8buds' girlfriend waiting for him in bed, and my hubby looking at me with daggers in his eyes!
Truthfully, I think I only learned how to chat online about a year ago, itu pun had to learn from my nephews. Well, learning is a life-long process...and we shld never be too proud to learn from the young.
TEN years ago??!!? I really feel like cave-woman lah...baru learn last year. Heroes, what else did u learn 10 years ago that I may not have learned yet?
Ivy, it's not that you feel like a cave-woman as in actual fact you are.....:-) ....just kidding...
Apart from YM, I used to chat in MSN & ICQ. I personally feel that YM is more user friendly than MSN & ICQ. I stopped using MSN & ICQ years ago. Maybe you should try ICQ beside using YM as to explore yourself more to the chatting world.
In my line (IT), I work with many young people (those at least 10 years younger than me, hehe). Growing up with the Internet, they are so used to using YM.
So, there I am, sitting a few feet away from all my staff, and we're all chatting on YM! E.g. when lunch time comes, we decide where to eat via YM :)
